How do I get started?
To begin, simply fill out the contact form under the “Begin Here” tab. Once submitted, I’ll follow up with next steps based on your needs and availability. Whether you're interested in therapy or coaching, I’ll help guide you through the process and get you started with care and ease.
-
What can I expect during an initial consultation?
Initial consultations are held via telehealth and last about 15 minutes. This is a space to ask questions, discuss your goals, and see if we’re a good fit. It’s informal, no pressure, and completely free.

What’s the difference between therapy and life coaching?
Therapy focuses on healing emotional pain, trauma, and mental health challenges. It’s a licensed, clinical service designed to explore the past and improve mental well-being.
Life coaching, on the other hand, is future-focused and goal-oriented. It supports personal growth, confidence, relationships, and clarity in decision-making — but does not treat mental health diagnoses. -
How do I know if I need therapy or coaching?
If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to begin, we can explore that together. Therapy is a better fit if you're working through trauma, anxiety, depression, or relational wounds.
Coaching is ideal for goal-setting, accountability, and life transitions without a clinical focus.
