Thank you for taking the time to learn more about The Grace Collective. This project was born from a deep belief that women deserve more — more support, more compassion, and more spaces where they can be seen, held, and empowered through every season of life.

Why it matters.

In Mohave County, Arizona, access to mental and behavioral health services is critically limited—especially for women. With a largely rural population, provider shortages, and long waitlists, women in this region often struggle to find care that is accessible, affordable, and trauma-informed.

Maternal and perinatal mental health resources are especially scarce. One mother recently shared that she was told it would be over five months before she could be seen for an initial intake—an appointment required just to be eligible for therapy, not the therapy itself. In Lake Havasu, there are currently no known certified perinatal mental health specialists, leaving women facing postpartum depression, anxiety, or birth-related trauma without specialized care.

The Grace Collective exists to bridge these gaps. By offering locally-rooted, women-centered services—including counseling, perinatal mental health support, survivor advocacy, and community-based groups—we are stepping in where the system has fallen short. Our aim is simple but urgent: to ensure that women in Mohave County have access to the care, connection, and compassion they deserve.

Women in our community deserve access to culturally competent, trauma-informed support that speaks to their lived experiences.

We are building a community-based initiative centered on women’s mental health, rooted in accessibility, connection, and care. Through therapeutic support groups, advocacy, and collaborative events, we aim to create something that feels both sacred and sustainable — a place where healing is honored, and wholeness is possible.
